Copper Sponsorship Level could include sponsorship of a break out room, signs, or registration packets and sponsors will be recognized in the conference program

Registration fee for the 2026 HEIBO Conference held at Washington State University from October 13-14, 2026.

Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the HEIBO conference chair, Shelby Breaud, at sbrea31@lsu.edu. No refunds will be processed for cancellation notices received after 12:00 a.m. CDT on Saturday, September 12, 2026.

Bronze Sponsorship Level could include sponsorship of a coffee break or sponsorship of registration and sponsors will be recognized in the conference program and a special recognition at one coffee break

Silver Sponsorship Level could include sponsorship of a breakfast and sponsors will be recognized in the conference program and special recognition at one breakfast

Gold Sponsorship Level could include sponsorship of a lunch or social and sponsors will be recognized in the conference program and special recognition at one lunch

Platinum Sponsorship Level could include sponsorship of a dinner and sponsors will be recognized in the conference program and special recognition at one dinner
